Darren is Dir. of Facilities for Fort Wayne Community Schools for the past 6 years. He, and his wife, Stephanie. and three children have lived here for 18 years.

Judy has been newsletter editor since January 2008 & on the board since March 2008. She & her husband, John, moved to Pine Valley in 2000.

Chris Pflieger

Chris has been on the board  & managing the web site since 2015. Chris & his wife moved to Pine Valley in 2014. Chris is also the co-chair of the Northwest Area Partnership for Fort Wayne neighborhoods.

Kevin Thomas

Kevin and family moved into Pine Valley in 2017. We have enjoyed being part of the neighborhood and have built lifelong relationships with our neighbors. I look forward to serving on the board and assisting on maintaining the values of the association and promote the community.
Kevin works as Coordinator of Capital Projects at Fort Wayne Community Schools with previous work experience of land surveying, civil engineering, working in residential and commercial construction as a project manager and owning his own general contracting business. My hobbies include being a band parent, cycling, traveling and woodworking.

Craig Traxler

Craig and his wife have lived in Pine Valley over 20 years. He retired from a career in healthcare and now helps his wife in the insurance industry, as well as owning a sensory deprivation float business.
They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren and enjoy living in Pine Valley and look forward to many years in the community.

Nick Jarrell

Nick was appointed to PVCAI’s Board of Directors in May 2020, and since that time, Jarrell has been the Architectural Control Chairperson. Jarrell’s background is in civil engineering, and for the past 13 years, he has worked for the city. He is the Right-of-Way Manager for the Board of Public Works. He and his wife, Liz, have five children.

James Winger

James have been a resident since late 1999 and a father of 7 wonderful children and a fantastic loving wife.

Nancy Jiminez

For over 50 years, Nancyhas been a Pine Valley resident. She’s been on the Board for 16 years and has been on numerous committees including the Architectural Control Committee.  In addition, she is a master gardener and volunteer at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, and a member of Settlers, Inc.’s.

Nick Scheib

As a Civil Engineer, Nick works for a Civil Engineering firm that handles numerous site development projects for local schools, residential and commercial developers and municipalities. Nick and his wife co-chaired on the Playground Committee.
